FIELD: petroleum extracting industry, in particular, removal of sludge from formation and sewage water accumulated in reservoirs, settling tanks, separating units etc.
SUBSTANCE: method involves directing formation and sewage water into drainage sand vessel; subjecting sediment in said vessel to hydraulic washing by providing water circulation in countercurrent flow along longitudinal plate located in drainage sand vessel; separating washed out sediment in succession or in alternation in two hydraulic cyclones; discharging condensed sludge into container and returning water into process; in case of successive separation method, directing clarified water into vessel for clean water; in case of alternating separation method, directing clarified water from first hydraulic cyclone into drainage vessel and from second hydraulic cyclone into vessel for clear water. Method provides for effective separation of solid (sludge) phase from liquid (water) phase.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method.
