FIELD: construction engineering; manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: heat-insulating concrete contains cement, foaming additive, mud powder and water; specific surface of mud powder is 1800-2200 sq cm/g at content of clay particles not exceeding 50%; used as foaming additive if foaming agent on base of alkyl sulfates at density of 1.0-1.2 g/cu cm at the following relationship of components, mass-%: cement, 33.0-39.7; mud powder, 14.2-19.2;foaming agent, 0.30-0.75; water, 42.5=50.4. Foaming agent is given at concentration in aqueous solution of 2.5-3.5 % and foam expansion factor of 6.5-7.5.
EFFECT: avoidance of deficit materials; reduced consumption of cement; low cost; extended field of application.
