FIELD: mining industry, particularly for underground mining operations with the use of narrow-cut mining breakage machine.
SUBSTANCE: machine comprises body including feeding mechanism and electric unit. Ranging arms with electric motor drives and helical operation tools are installed at ends of electric unit. Torsion shafts are located at ranging arms transmission parallel to electric motor drives. The first ends of torsion shafts are movably connected with driving wheels. The second ends thereof are connected by means of half-couplings with follower gear wheels of ranging arms and have rotary gripping means. Rotary gripping means are fixable in extreme positions and have arms and spines for ranging arms transmission during carrying out repairing operations. Half-couplings have safety shear pins secured in replaceable bushings.
EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads applied to rotary reducers transmission in feeding mechanisms, increased reliability and service life.
