FIELD: processes and equipment for liquefying natural gas in gas filling compressor station.
SUBSTANCE: method is realized with use of throttling cycle of high pressure with additional refrigerating circuit at liquefying process. Vortex pipe is used as additional cold producing source in additional refrigerating circuit. Vortex pipe operates at using gas compressed until pressure 1 - 7 MPa taken off inlet of gas pressure reducing station of main gas pipeline. Cold flow of gas from vortex pipe is used for after-cooling liquefied high pressure gas and after combining it with hot gas flow from vortex pipe it is guided to low-pressure circuit upstream gas pressure reducing station of main gas pipeline. Remaining gas that is not liquefied at liquefying process is again fed to inlet of gas filling compressor station.
EFFECT: lowered energy consumption.
