FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: liquefaction method of natural gas pumped from main gas line consists in the fact that mobile natural gas liquefaction plant is connected to the main gas line or to the section of the main gas line, which has been shutoff for the purpose of repair, and mobile compressor station; natural gas is pumped from acting main gas line directly to mobile natural gas liquefaction plant or from the section of the main gas line, which has been shutoff for the purpose of repair, by means of mobile compressor plant to the acting gas line, and some portion of natural gas is extracted to be liquefied in mobile natural gas liquefaction plant. Natural gas to be liquefied is supplied to the inlet main line of compressor plant including gas flow control, throttling device and intermediate heat exchanger, where natural gas is heated prior to throttling, and natural gas pressure is reduced in the throttling device to minimum suction pressure of compressor plant. In compressor plant the natural gas pressure is increased to the working gas pressure in the acting gas line. High pressure natural gas to be liquefied is supplied to the inlet of mobile plant and after it is dried in block of adsorbers, cooled in block of heat exchangers by using expansion engine-compressor unit, throttling and separation of liquid phase, liquefied portion of natural gas is supplied to consumer. Non-liquefied portion of natural gas is returned through recirculating header to the inlet of compressor plant, and further pumping of non-liquefied portion of natural gas after liquid phase has been extracted from it is performed in recirculation mode from outlet of mobile natural gas liquefaction plant to the inlet of compressor plant.

EFFECT: improving use efficiency of the gas transported via main gas lines.
