FIELD: instrumentation engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains series-connected in gas duct first electrolytic cell with dc voltage source and current meter, solid electrolyte cell featuring oxygen0ionic conductance at temperature exceeding 600o C provided with dc voltage source, two current meters and two electric rectifiers and second electrolytic cell furnished with dc voltage source and current meter. When gas mixture flowrate is known, concentration of water is evaluated by current passing through first electrolytic cell, and concentration of oxygen and hydrogen is determined by currents passing through solid electrolyte and electrolytic cells.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurements, reliability and simplified design.
