FIELD: analytical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical equipment, in particular to sensors intended for analysis of gaseous media, and can be used to measure concentration of oxygen, hydrogen and moisture in gas mixtures. Solid electrolyte sensor for determining content of oxygen, hydrogen and moisture in gas mixtures consists of two tightly connected electrochemical cells, one of which contains two discs from an oxygen-conducting solid electrolyte, and the other – two discs from a proton-conducting solid electrolyte, the discs of each of the cells are tightly connected to each other to form a cavity between them, having a capillary for gas exchange between the cavity of the sensor and the analysed gas, wherein outer and inner electrodes are deposited on opposite surfaces of one of cell disks comprising disks of oxygen-conducting electrolyte and on opposite surfaces of each of disks of cell containing disks of proton-conducting electrolyte.

EFFECT: invention enables to determine three components of a gas mixture: oxygen, hydrogen and moisture with one solid electrolyte sensor.
