FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves conducting a thread in transverse direction. Loop is built with overlap in external tendon end surface area. Thread end is pulled in intra-stem way to tendon end face. Loop is built with overlap in tendon end surface of tendon end. The second thread end is pulled in the same way. A thread is conducted in the like way on the other tendon end. Thread ends are tied in knot. Adapting microsurgical suture is placed on two-thirds of tendon perimeter from hand palm surface.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reliable fixation condition; excluded tendon corrugation in tightening sutures.
