FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and surgery, and can be used in making a microsurgical suture of extremity tendons. Suture is made with double suture 4/0 with a needle on its ends. Needle is first pricked in a point of rupture through a point located strictly in the center of an end of one tendon stump, and the first needle prick is carried out on a surface of a tendon facing the surface of the surgical wound, along a midline line of a tendon in a sagittal plane along its smallest diameter of cross section. One thread is cut off from the needle and its end is left free. In the thickness of each stump, a triangular loop is formed by transverse needle threading with one suture, the upper angle of which corresponds to the point of the least diameter of the cross-section, vertices of two lower angles are located in points oriented in frontal plane along maximum diameter of cross section of tendon. Second tendon stitch is sutured in a similar manner to form a triangular loop in the other suture. Ends of threads are tightened and connected by connecting ends of tendon. Further, the ends of the tendon are sutured with 1–3 microsurgical non-snared sutures in longitudinal intersecting planes with separate 6/0-threads.

EFFECT: method provides accurate comparison, tight contact of tendon ends, increased suture strength on, without thickening of suture zone due to longitudinal loop-free stitching of connected ends of tendon under its outer shell.
