FIELD: medicine, in particular, traumatology and orthopedics, may be used for osteosynthesis of tubular bones, preferably, forearm bone diaphysis.
SUBSTANCE: retainer has wires for fixation of fractured fragment, base and pressure member, which are made in the form of plates with axially aligned inclined wire receiving channels. Threaded openings in base plate are adapted for pressure screws. Base is equipped with bosses for threaded openings for central and peripheral pressure screws. Pressure member is provided with peripheral oval openings for receiving of base bosses with threaded openings for peripheral pressure crews and elastic deformation flexure arranged in central part and provided with central round opening for receiving of base boss with threaded opening for central pressure screw. Inclined channels for receiving of wires are arranged in three and in equally spaced relation around each opening for peripheral pressure screws. Raised portions are arranged around discharge openings of channels of base. Diameter of central round opening and small diameter of oval peripheral openings in pressure member correspond to outer diameter of base bosses.
EFFECT: provision for keeping of periosteal blood source and compression of fracture site through the entire therapy period, reduced therapy and rehabilitation time.
