FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has removable contact member, thermoelectric unit having coolness accumulator attached to its soldered joint, temperature pickup and control unit mounted in casing. The coolness accumulator is manufactured from high temperature conductivity material and attached to the thermoelectric unit coolness accumulator having radiator and ventilation unit mounted on the heating soldered joint side. The coolness accumulator has contact area having removable contact member bearing temperature pickup connected to microcontroller control unit signal input. One output of the microcontroller is connected to the first display input and the other one to controllable secondary electric power supply source signal input. Each button for controlling temperature is connected to corresponding microcontroller input on its output. Controllable secondary electric power supply source output is connected to the heating soldered joint of the thermoelectric unit. Anchoring input is connected to one of unregulated secondary electric power supply source outputs, the second one being connected to the second display input, anchoring microcontroller input, input of each button for controlling temperature and ventilation unit.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high accuracy in controlling temperature.
