FIELD: air-conditioning systems employing thermal elements with Peltier effect. SUBSTANCE: proposed air conditioner includes air ducts for air to be conditioned and outside air; each duct is provided with fans and thermo-electric modules with junctions. Working junctions of thermo- electric modules are located in succession in flow on surface of working passage and non-working (utilizing) junctions of each thermo-electric module are located in outside air duct in parallel relative to each other. Working passage is formed by radiators whose fins are directed towards each other. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency; optimization of operation. 2 dwg
