FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves transcutaneously acting with low intensity infrared laser radiation of gallium arsenide nature upon ulcer projection zone on the anterior abdominal cavity wall. Protein insufficiency of the first - second degree and pain syndrome being found in patient, the zone is irradiated with frequency of 150 Hz and later with frequency of 1500 Hz during a session. No pain syndrome being available, 80 Hz frequency is selected for irradiating the zone. Exposure dose is equal to 0,1 mJ/cm2. Protein insufficiency of the third degree and pain syndrome being found in patient, the zone is irradiated with frequency of 150 Hz and later with frequency of 1500 Hz during a session. No pain syndrome being available, 80 Hz frequency is selected for irradiating the zone. Exposure dose is equal to 0,01 mJ/cm2. Radiation exposure time on each frequency is called from formula t=DxS/(Pxτxf), where D is the exposure radiation dose with each frequency, in mJ/cm2; P is the mean impulse power of radiation beam, in V; τ is the pulse duration, in s; f is the pulse succession frequency, in Hz; t is the exposure time, in s; S is the irradiation area, in cm2.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment and dose control depending on organism reserve; accelerated treatment course.
