FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying low-intensity infrared arsenide-gallium laser radiation. Right and left paravertebral spaces are irradiated at the level of Tx-L1 with frequency of 100 Hz by applying mirror contact technique at the beginning of session. Then, the third irradiation zone borders are marked on perineal skin containing anterior perineum region. Its area is determined. It is irradiated at frequency of 80 Hz. Radiator continuously moves within the limits of each zone an without breaking contact with skin. Exposure time at one point does not exceed 2 s. Laser radiation exposure doze at each zone makes 0.2 mJ/cm2. Individual exposure time is determined by calculation.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved vegetative blood vessel tone regulation.
