FIELD: chemical industry, in particular, carrying-out of catalytic processing of hydrocarbons.
SUBSTANCE: reactor has several annular zones. First annular zone with first catalyst layer is arranged in reactor inner space and is defined by concentric inner and outer walls of first catalyst layer. Second annular layer is arranged radially of and enclosing first annular zone. Reactor has heat-exchanging pipes arranged in central zone of reactor or in second annular zone or in both zones. Reactor interior is constructed so as to direct flow admitted into reactor in radial direction toward first annular zone and through first catalyst layer into second catalyst zone, and to reactor exit opening in axial direction. Also described is method of employment of said reactor for processing of liquid reactant flow.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness and reduced costs of catalytic processes for reprocessing of hydrocarbons.
