FIELD: mechanical engineering; lifting and transportation machinery.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has ballast weight and curvilinear shape metal housing hinge mounted in lower part of crane load trolley. Through cylindrical holes are made in upper part of housing. Holes are provided with polymeric bushings for working strands of wire rope arranged symmetrically relative to central axis of device. Winch with brake, electric drive and flexible cable to supply electric drive is rigidly installed inside housing in its upper part. Guide wire rope is wound on which drum being centered by means of guide roller connected through gear train with wire rope used length counter. Lower end of wire rope is passed through hole in vertical link and is rigidly secured, together with link, through plate with said ballast weight forming base for mounting additional ballast weights. Electromagnetic locks installed rigidly inside housing in its lower part are provided with current-carrying to connect supply wires. Slots are made in ballast weights for cores of electromagnetic locks, and cylindrical holes are made arranged coaxially with holes in upper part of housing to pass working strand of load wire rope and central hole for guide wire rope. Said holes are provided with polymeric bushings. Lower part of bushings of central hole is made conical. Device is furnished with master controller with display providing information of place of location of ballast weight as to length of load hanger, wire rope used length signals from counter, winch control toggle switch and electromagnetic lock control pushbuttons.
EFFECT: reduced period and amplitude of load swinging.
