CUMULATIVE-FRAGMENTATION COMBAT PART Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2235277 C2

FIELD: defense industry; production of ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of military engineering and may be used at designing of cumulative - fragmentation combat parts. The cumulative-fragmentation combat part contains a hollow-charge combat part in a body, an inert insert built in the bottom of the body, a fragmentation combat part with an explosive charge in a body with a bottom installed behind the hollow-charge combat part, and an exploding device installed on an external surface of a bottom of the fragmentation combat part. In an inert insert there is a cavity, which contains a transmission charge. The explosive charge of the fragmentation combat part is made with an axial channel, inside which there is a detonation pulse translator connecting the transmission charge of the hollow-charge combat part with a firing circuit of the explosive device. On the peripheral surface of the hollow-charge combat part bottom on the side of an explosive charge there is a unit of detonation transmission from the charge of the hollow-charge combat part to the explosive charge of the fragmentation part made in the form of the ring-type recess overlapped(blocked) by a bellow and connected with the transmission charge through the coaxial channels located in the recess and equally spaced one from another and filled in with an explosive substance of the same composition as the transmission charge has. The technical result of the invention is an increase of efficiency of the cumulative - fragmentation combat part action at the expense of organization of separate initiation of the hollow-charge and fragmentation combat parts.

EFFECT: the invention allows to increase efficiency of the cumulative - fragmentation combat part action.
