FIELD: mechanical engineering; testing facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for testing materials of centralizers and clutches and couplings for friction and wear caused by friction against walls of tubings. Proposed stand contains bed frame, holders for counterspecimen and specimen, rod, drive to provide reciprocation of counterspecimen and loading unit. Stand is furnished additionally with pair of flexible hoses secured on specimen into which set of collars is fitted to provide sealing of rod and operation of stand under pressure, and aligned with cups closed by said collars, and strain gauges to determine built load and friction forces between specimen and counter-specimen. Invention makes it possible to create compact device which can be used for measuring wear and friction force in friction pair in presence of liquid or gas under pressure in zone of contact at testing under conditions close to real conditions of operation.
