FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment and is intended for determining tribotechnical characteristics. Proposed device comprises a base, on which there are guides of linear displacement of a sample, the lower and the upper movable platforms, detachable holders with slots for mutual accommodation in them, respectively, of the sample and a counter-sample connected with appropriate platforms, a drive of reciprocal movement of the lower platform of the sample in the form of a crank mechanism connected with a motor, sensors recording linear displacements of the sample and the counter-sample, a samples loading mechanism including a drive of loading connected with a screw gear with a reversing motor, a loading force sensor connected with the drive of loading and a recording equipment connected to the loading force sensor and the sensors recording linear displacements. Device additionally comprises guides of linear displacement of the counter-sample installed on the upper movable platform, vertical posts mounted on the base, on which there are the guides for linear displacement of the sample and the counter-sample. Guides for the counter-sample are fixed on the posts with the possibility of vertical movement and fixation. Besides, the device additionally comprises a unit to control the mechanism of loading and the lower platform movement. Upper platform on both sides is equipped with springs secured with the possibility of controlling the compression force and with sensors recording the compression forces, the detachable holders are fixed on the movable platforms by means of a dovetail joint, and the samples loading mechanism is composed of two plates, the lower of which is installed on the guides of linear movement of the counter-sample and fixed on the posts with the possibility of vertical movement by means of roller guides, and on the upper plate, ends of which are also fixed on the posts, there is the drive of loading. Loading force sensor made bidirectional is located between the plates, besides, all the guides are made precision.
EFFECT: development of a compact high-precision instrument for monitoring tribotechnical characteristics of triboconjugations with simultaneous increase of efficiency and accuracy of measurements.
