FIELD: gastroenterology.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in determining quantitative and qualitative composition of short-chain fatty acids in exudation so allowing one to verify degree of infection of the latter, to find out qualitative composition of microorganisms, which is necessary for prescription of proper antibacterial medicine and estimation of treatment efficiency.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of verification of degree of infection in exudation and anaerobic and aerobic populations of microorganisms causing infection in each particular case and accelerated verification procedure.
