Method involves analysis of mouth liquid wherein quantitative and qualitative content of short-chain saturated acid are carried out. The normal state of microflora in mouth cavity is evaluated in their total content in the level 0.8-1.9 mg/g. Pharmacological preparation for treatment is taken according to alteration in microflora.
