SUBSTANCE: surgical stapling instrument comprises a body having a trigger, a shaft assembly, an end effector with a stop and a cassette arranged in the end effector, which is functionally connected to trigger mechanism. Cassette includes a cartridge body having slips for staples, brackets respectively located inside grooves for staples, and an ejectors assembly. Ejectors assembly has ejectors, respectively, supporting brackets inside slots. Trigger mechanism is made with possibility of selective movement of extruders in a distal direction to a stop for formation of staples between them. What is disclosed is a cartridge placed in a surgical instrument and a method of forming staples using a surgical stapling instrument.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide tight connection of tissues.
