FIELD: capacitor chargers.
SUBSTANCE: capacitor charging circuit uses apparent standard of current it carries to control current supplied from battery to this circuit. Adding circuit builds up differential voltage from storage battery subtracted from reference threshold voltage. After that differential voltage is amplified by means of amplifier, rectified by diode, and added with aid of adding circuit to voltage standard across current-sensing resistor. Resulting voltage standard is apparent current standard which is supplied to charge controller that controls transformer current by controlling operation of switch. If voltage across battery drops below reference value set by means of voltage supply, increasing differential voltage adds bias voltage to actual current standard so as to provide apparent current standard through transformer for controller, this current being higher than actual level of electric current. In this way charge controller reduces input current of transformer supplied from storage battery.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of capacitor charging.
