FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming hypercapnic and hypoxic mixture in usual respiration tempo directly in lungs. Cycles of type A (atmospheric air inhaling-exhaling) are alternated with the cycles of type B (exhaled air inhaling-exhaling). Exhaled air breathing time to atmospheric air breathing time ratio is increased due to increased number of B cycles and reduced number of A cycles.
EFFECT: reduced will force applied in course of training.
