FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating exhaling resistance of 10-50 mm of water column after carrying out full abdominal inhale during 1-2 s. Exhaling is carried out in multiple portions, each portion is exhaled during 4-8 s. Diaphragm is relaxed after every exhale portion by pushing abdomen forward for 0.5-1 s. The second stage of training starts 25-35 days later, after achieving at least 20 s long breathing cycle. Mouth, neck, throat muscles are set in tension in lifting chest.
