SUBSTANCE: method involves administering anesthesia, caries cavity and dental cavity preparation, antiseptic treatment and filling. Antiseptic treatment of canal is carried out using ultrasonic low frequency oscillations of 29 kHz via 0.06% chlorohexin solution during 2 min. Then turunda impregnated with solcoseryl is set into the canal for a 2 to 5 days long period. After removing it, the canal is treated before filling with ultrasonic low frequency oscillations of 29 kHz via 0.06% chlorohexin solution during 2 min.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course.
