FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically biotechnology. What is described is a method for making bioimplants of connective tissues based on mechanical pre-treatment, implant washing in water, treatment by liposystems and hydrogen peroxide, exposure to low-frequency ultrasound waves of frequency 35±10% kHz; then the bioimplants are placed in a chamber with vacuum to be generated at residual pressure 1-2 Pa. After the bioimplants of connective tissue have been placed in the chamber for 15 min wherein vacuum had been generated at residual pressure 1-2 Pa, the bioimplants of connective tissue are sterilised by low-frequency ultrasound waves of frequency 35±10% kHz for 3-5 min; then, the prepared sterile bioimplants of connective tissue are hermetically packed in glass containers and frozen at temperature t°=-20°C - -60°C.
EFFECT: method provides accelerating a process of the bioimplants of connective tissue and improving their strength and elasticity.
