FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and biotechnology. In pre-machined large bone blocks rinsed in flowing water and consisting of compact and cancellous bone tissue components, there are random through holes of diametre 1-3 mm. After the large-block bone implants are processed with liposystems and hydrogen peroxide, they are exposed to low-frequency ultrasonic vibration of frequency of 35±10% kHz during 1-3 minutes. The large-block bone implants are placed for 15 minutes in a chamber wherein vacuum of residual pressure 1-2 Pa is generated. After the large-block bone implants are rinsed with flowing water and alcohol-ester solution within 0.5-1.5 hours, they are frozen at temperature -60°C, lyophilised, sealed and sterilised by radiation method.
EFFECT: method provides higher cleaning efficiency and quality of the large-block bone and bone-tendinous implants from fat and bone marrow.
