FIELD: fire fighting, particularly for protection forests against fires.
SUBSTANCE: method involves detecting fire risk area in forestry, determining outline of this area; calculating necessary quantity of fire suppression agent fed for fire prevention and suppression in the area; providing above forestry area with fire suppression means formed as flat elongated flexible coaxial hose with annular space filled with material which accumulates fire-suppression liquid so that volume of accumulated fire-suppression liquid is locally distributed through material structure to prevent flow-over and leakage thereof without fire fighting; providing discharge of fire-suppression liquid when fire takes place. When fire occurs part of coaxial flexible hose wall is damaged by fire and overheated fire-suppression liquid is thrown out under high pressure from this hose part with reservation of remainder fire-suppressant liquid in other parts of hose for carrying out the same operations in other locations of forestry area to be protected.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency, prevention of fire development.
