FIELD: water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: method includes searching, prospecting and calculating amount of water at maximum and minimum lunar and solar tides; after prospecting the water-bearing stratum, contours of water storage are noted at minimum lunar and solar tide by deeding polyelectrolyte hydrogel over perimeter of water storage under check at swelling coefficient no less than 2.0x10. Several wells are drilled in contoured section by means of jet drilling apparatus by breaking the soil by energy of compressed working medium and wellheads are interconnected into single closed water distributing system. Pipe line of this system is divided into sections so that beginning of water intake of each section should be above the level of drain hole by amount sufficient for supply of water by gravity (by siphoning); control of water supply is effected by means of shut-off and adjusting fittings. Pipe lines are made from elastic pliable cold-resistant material; inner walls of pipe lines are coated with bioneutral material at low friction coefficient.
