FIELD: packing equipment, particularly to control cigarette packs in cigarette packing machine.
SUBSTANCE: machine for packing cigarettes in packs formed of blanks and comprising a number of duct-protective flaps comprises video camera for generating and transmitting electric signals before pack forming. Electric signals demonstrate images of duct-protective flaps and inner front surface of cigarette pack. Machine also has guiding means for holding duct-protective flaps in folded position during cigarette pack movement along guiding means part. Guiding means part configuration provides partly erection of folded duct-protection flaps for video camera access . Machine also has processing unit for receiving electric signals from video camera to determine cigarette pack usability.
EFFECT: provision of cigarette pack control during production thereof.
