FIELD: construction, particularly to recover design foundation position and to reinforce foundations damaged because of ground base settlement.
SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling through horizontal orifices in inner and outer surfaces of sunken wall and strip foundation; sawing cuts to receive supports provided with pads at α=60...45° to horizontal axis; securing double-sided supports made of channel bars so that channel bar flanges are inserted in the cuts; inserting threaded pins in orifices made in supports and in walls; removing upper ground layer from outer and inner sides of old foundation through depth not exceeding foundation depth; pouring crushed brick or stone layers, which create symmetric pair, from both sides of old foundation; laying support panels on said layers; arranging aprons extending at α=60...45° to horizontal axis on the panel and connecting apron bases to panels and heads with supports. Panels have orifices symmetric about centers thereof. The orifices are provided for powder working body pressing via orifices. Jack beam is arranged in lower apron part to provide cooperation with impulse hydraulic jacks, which are coaxial to panel orifice and create pair between jack beam and panel symmetric about apron. Piston flanges of impulse jacks are connected to jack beam. Support flanges thereof are supported by powder layer in apron panel orifice to create arch with stops in lock thereof. After than pulsed pumping plant is activated in standard or pulsed regime. Then oil pressure is applied to hydraulic jacks and each reinforcing arch is loaded. Then old foundation is unloaded, compressed and ground base is reinforced under apron panels for total old foundation unloading up to slot creation under support bearing old foundation. Stops of posts are installed from both sided of each impulse hydraulic jack between apron panel and jack beam. The stops are secured to apron panels for synchronous unloading of impulse hydraulic jacks of each apron. Recesses are created in old foundations under supports for hydraulic jack receiving. Then unloaded foundation block is separated by creation of settlement joints from both sides. Hydraulic jacks of said block are activated for ground base compaction under it and opening of slot over settlement joint is increased. Safety wedges are driven in slots over settlement joint. After that plastic solution is injected in slots and slots are tightly filled. After solution settling hydraulic jacks are demounted so that recesses are left opened.
EFFECT: possibility to control non-uniform building settlement and possibility to retain initial design foundation position and load-bearing ability recovery.
