FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to control displacement, setting and heeling of a structure with foundations of columns on piles united with caps, which are rigidly joined to columns. The column branches are made of pipes with oval section, are rested and fixed on caps of branches that unite piles underneath and are independent from each other. Spatial reinforcement frames and a stop cap curb are installed following the template, and the cap unites the piles underneath, and is a macroregulator, then it is concreted, besides, its upper surface protrudes above the floor surface by 600…700 mm. Stop pillars are installed onto the stop-cap symmetrically to the vertical axis of the column, spatial reinforcement frames and anchor bolts fixed on them are installed following the template, as well as the branch caps curb, besides, their upper surface matched the floor surface, proper setting of anchor bolts is confirmed. Lower straightening screws are screwed onto the anchor bolts, their upper face elevation is adjusted with a level, the column is mounted without adjustment, matching holes in its base with the anchor bolts. The column is lowered until its plate stops against the straightening nuts, and the column base is fixed with fastening nuts, and in case of uneven setting of columns and heeling of columns, the value of setting and healing is identified for each column by means of levelling. Supernormal variances of certain columns setting are identified, a table is made with values of required stimulation for setting of columns that had minimum setting and distorted alignment of crane rail tracks and their design elevations that caused unfavourable stresses in the building frame. To balance setting of all columns, a jack beam is installed to connect branches, pulsator jacks are installed under the jack beam onto the stop cap, the pulsator jacks are started from a control panel, in compliance with the plan of column setting levelling. The caps of the column branches are fully unloaded, the stop cap is pressed into the ground base, together with joined piles for the design depth of ΔSdon, corresponding to the required additional setting of this column, monitoring value of pressing using a laser level, and thus the bearing capacity of the ground base is increased. The pulsator jacks are unloaded, and thus the stop cap is fully unloaded, all vertical pressing force of the column is transmitted only to the caps of its branches, thus causing their and column automatic additional setting by value ΔSdon until the jack beam rests against the pillar stops, thus increasing the bearing capacity of the ground base, and through closure of the ΔSdon gap the column setting is automatically stopped as it achieves the design elevation, then the cycles are repeated with other columns.
EFFECT: invention provides for control of uneven setting and heeling of a structure, improved reliability of the structure, reduced material intensity.
