FIELD: refractory materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of products employed in metallurgy when casting metals, where hardness and heat resistance or relative chemical inertness characteristics are of importance. Invention proposes method of manufacturing ceramic product, which comprises alternating layers of first material containing fusible powdered ceramic composition and second material containing porous pyrolyzed material. Lamellar structure raises rupture resistance and viscosity of product resulting in higher heat resistance. For implementation of the method, sheet, film or hose may be utilized involving final firing of product. Method is especially appropriate when cylindrical articles are manufactured, including stoppers, pouring tubes, and pouring nozzles in foundry industry.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics.
