FIELD: analytical methods in medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for quantitative determination of aminoglycoside antibiotics in test liquid media, for example for toxicological and technical analysis of drugs, for determining concentration of antibiotic in body fluids (blood serum etc.) in order to control administration of optimal antibiotic doses in treatment of various infection diseases, in pharmacokinetic measurements, and the like. Method comprises measuring electromotive force of test sample and sample, to which corresponding antibiotic was added, with the aid of indicator and reference silver chloride electrodes, the former being liquid-contact electrode containing 0.4-0.7% of ionic associate: gentamycin-tetraphenyl borate with, as plasticizer, dibutyl phthalate, which is added to polyvinylchloride until elastic film is obtained.
EFFECT: expanded functional possibilities of the method due to enlarged range of test objects.
