FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has helium-neon laser allowing the beam passing through thin erythrocyte suspension layer, screen for recording the built diffraction pattern and computer. Transparent horizontally arranged plates are mounted with space for placing thin suspension layer between them. The space is adjustable with a mechanism. Upper plate is rigidly fixed on base and has thermostatting pocket. The lower one is rotatable about axis. The screen for recording is not transparent. It transmits diffraction pattern image to digital video camera connected to the computer.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measurements.
