FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: method includes forming, on a glass substrate, a light-sensitive film layer from single-layer carbon nanotubes containing encapsulated iron nanoparticles. A layer of an acid solution is deposited on the film and the film is irradiated with focused laser radiation according to a specified program in order to obtain the required image. An image is recorded on the film via chemical reactions arising from laser heating between the iron nanoparticles encapsulated in encapsulate in the nanotubes and the acid solution deposited on the film before the recording procedure.

EFFECT: simple method of recording an image and low power consumption.
