FIELD: computer engineering; system to control ecological state of air.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in systems designed to control contamination of air and toxicity of vehicle engine exhaust gases. Proposed device contains pulse generator, frequency divider, first trigger, weather condition sensor, analog-code converter, groups of AND gate and modulator at transmitting side, and pulse leading edge shaper, demodulator, second trigger, pulse counter, exhaust gas toxicity current values pickup, maximum tolerable toxicity setter, first and second comparators, two AND gates, OR gate and warning signals indicator at receiving side.

EFFECT: provision of warning signal when toxicity of exhaust gases exceeds tolerable value.
