FIELD: automatic control devices; tachometers, nondestructive test means, displacement sensors, measurement of constant and variable magnetic fields and electrical current.
SUBSTANCE: proposed transducer whose read-out voltage is a sinusoidal function of angle has substrate covered with insulating layer carrying thin-film magnetoresistive strips connected into bridge circuit by means of nonmagnetic low-resistance jumpers, low magnetization axis being oriented along them; insulating layer on top of thin-film nonmagnetic strips that mounts control conductor disposed on top of thin-film magnetoresistive strips; and shielding layer. Each arm of bridge circuit has even number of thin-film magnetoresistive strips. All thin-film magnetoresistive strips forming bridge circuit are disposed to form single planar column and are interconnected by their adjacent ends. Ends of thin-film magnetoresistive strips extreme in planar column are interconnected by means of low-resistance nonmagnetic jumper. Control conductor has two contact pads, auxiliary sections, and effective sections disposed above each thin-film nonmagnetic strip along the latter. Two contact pads are connected through auxiliary sections to upper effective sections of top and bottom arms of bridge circuit; effective sections are interconnected by means of auxiliary sections so that upper effective sections of top arm in two adjacent pairs of bridge-circuit arms are connected to lower effective section and lower effective sections in top arm are connected to upper effective sections in bottom arm. Lower effective section of lower arm in top pair of arms is connected through auxiliary section to upper effective section of upper arm in bottom pair of arms. Second end of upper effective section of lower arm in top pair of arms is connected to second end of lower effective section of upper arm in bottom pair of arms. Second end of lower effective section of upper arm in top pair of arms is connected to lower effective section of lower arm in bottom pair of bridge-circuit arms. As an alternative, bridge-circuit arms can be disposed as two planar columns each incorporating two arms.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities.
