FIELD: electrical engineering; electronic equipment cooling.
SUBSTANCE: device has thin-walled metal container filled with working material characterized in steady melting point and made in the form of rectangular parallelepiped with projections on top part. Piece of electronic equipment is installed on top surface of this container for adequate thermal contact and isolated from external heat flows by heat insulation. Upper part of container confined by projections accommodates flexible diaphragm mounted on stiff hangers. Diaphragm has ribbed surface formed by two groups of ribs. The latter are formed by strips cut in diaphragm and bent out through 30 deg. to horizontal plane. Groups of ribs are inclined through opposing angles. Electromagnets fed from power supply are mounted in projections of thin-walled metal container and function to afford diaphragm vibration at frequency of 50 - 100 Hz.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of heat transfer and temperature control.
