FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing milk and can be used in preparing raw for manufacturing cosmetic agents regulating metabolic processes in skin. Method for preparing milk whey-base cosmetic raw involves addition of glucose in the concentration 0.50-0.75% to defatted milk cooled to room temperature, addition of Lactobacillus siccum and Bifidobacterium siccum, culturing at temperature 36-38oC for 48-52 h followed by elevating temperature up to 80-90oC. Whey is isolated at room temperature by filtration or centrifugation followed by additional heating at temperature 70-80oC under pressure 0.8-0.9 atm, cooling to -10oC and membrane sterile filtration. Using the invention provides preparing milk whey-base cosmetic raw that satisfied to necessary requirements imposed to cosmetic agents by indices of sterility, toxicity, allergic properties, external shape, color and odor and carrying complex of mineral substances, amino acids and vitamins that are necessary for organism.
