FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has implant manufactured from three-layered superelastic titanium nickelide as unclosed cylindrical surface which directrix is formed from two specularly reflected segments of the same orientation closed by an arc-shaped curve on one side. The external layers are porous, the third intermediate layer is whole and has circular perforations. All layers are joined with thread of superelastic titanium nickelide. The artificial sphincter is set to envelope terminal part of intestine that is arranged near the closed part and mesenterium in open area. The device deforms intestine as slit to its obturation.

EFFECT: reduced pressure applied to intestine tissues.
