FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental coloproctology. A locking device is formed for colostomy, including covering the intestine with an implant based on superelastic titanium nickelide. Said coverage is performed along the entire perimeter of the intestine with a cylindrical spiral made of superelastic nickel-titanium wire with a cross section of 60-100 mcm, choosing the diameter of the coils in the range from 25% to 35% of the diameter of the intestine. Or, additionally, the serous-muscular layer is opened along the perimeter from the distal side, rolled up around the superimposed spiral, covering it, and sutured to the intact surface of the intestine.
EFFECT: method prevents spontaneous discharge of intestinal contents in a patient with a lost natural anal sphincter, which makes it possible to carry out labor and social rehabilitation after radical operations in more favorable conditions; the use of an implant made of superelastic titanium nickelide in the form of an enclosing spiral minimizes trauma both at the time of the operation and during life; proposed method allows to reduce the number of complications in the immediate and late postoperative period.
