FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has head, neck, trochanteric part, pedicle and damping unit. The neck member has cavity containing the damping unit. The damping unit is elastic ball member having cylindrical recess for receiving elastic flexible insert, fixed on tubular pedicle. The ball has through slits entering tubular pedicles and not reaching its base. The pedicle is fixed on cruciform flange having base part of the neck rigidly fixed thereon. Elastic member ball is placed in conic part of the damping unit casing manufactured as hollow cylinder and passing through openings in the flange with its protrusions fixed on trochanteric part cylindrical recess bottom. Base part of the neck member is axially movably arranged in the cylindrical recess.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; stable prosthesis pedicle position.
