SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tablets with film cover comprising cyclophosphamide as an active compound and cyclophosphamide-containing core tablet, one or some filling agents, one or some drying-binding agents with exception for swollen starch, fluidity regulating agent and lubricant. In preferable variant of the invention tablet core with film cover comprises lactose monohydrate, D-mannitol or CaHPO₄ as a filling agent, non-swollen corn starch or microdispersed cellulose as a drying-binding agent, highly dispersed silicon oxide as a fluidity regulating agent, and magnesium stearate, stearic acid, glycerol palmitostearate, polyethylene glycol, talk or glycerol monobehenate as a lubricant. Invention describes methods for making tablet with film cover and tablet core. Tablets exhibit the sufficient stability.
