SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to pharmaceutics. Described is an enteric-coated tablet containing a tablet core and an enteric coating layer. Core of tablet contains 4-[2-(4-methylphenylsulphanyl)phenyl]piperidine or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. Enteric coating layer contains: a) a polymer ingredient, which is a copolymer of methacrylic acid; b) talc in amount of 10 % to 40 wt% of weight of said polymer ingredient; c) does not contain an alkaline ingredient and d) a plasticiser. Weight of said polymer ingredient in relation to surface area of core of tablet ranges from 4 to 8 mg/cm2.
EFFECT: invention provides improved acid resistance of preparation and high bioavailability of active ingredient of oral tablet.
