SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fine grinding of hard materials. Proposed disk of bead mill consists of metal ring with hub and working part rubberized over entire surface, including perimeter of disk, and though holes to pass grinding bodies and ground material. Thickness of rubber layer is h≥(1.2-1.5)d where d is maximum diameter of grinding bodies.
EFFECT: improved reliability and efficiency and increased service life of dead mill rotor disk.
