FIELD: equipment designed for fine grinding of solid materials and used in paint-and-varnish, pharmaceutical, food-processing and other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: rubberized disk for bead mill has metal ring comprising hub and working part rubberized over the entire surface including disk perimeter and surfaces of through openings designed for passage of milling bodies and material to be milled. Metal ring has beam-shaped radial section. Through openings are made in the form of concentric slot having contour defined by three circles, one of said circles being positioned centrally of slot. Centers of other circles are offset in opposite directions by value ▵o ≥ ▵c, where ▵c is thickness of rubber layer on outer contour of disk.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation of disk of bead mill, prolonged service life and increased efficiency in dispersion process.
