FIELD: methods and equipment for regulating of physicochemical properties of liquids, may be used in medicine and municipal management for producing of activated water, biologically active liquids, aqueous solutions, including sweet water.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily heating liquid to be activated and electrochemically activated medium and placing thin-walled vessel manufactured from dielectric material and filled with liquid to be activated in electrochemically activated medium, said medium being maintained in heated state during activation procedure; continuously or periodically mixing liquid under activation procedure; providing continuous forced circulation and renewal of electrochemically activated medium; providing mechanical spatial displacement of said vessel in electrochemically activated medium in any direction within medium volume. Electrolysis chamber is furnished with heater having temperature regulator.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in electric activation of liquid owing to intensified energy exchange between layers of liquid under activation procedure and intensified activation of the entire volume of liquid under activation procedure while keeping constant initial chemical composition of liquid.
