FIELD: water treatment facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of natural waters, namely to devices for cleaning water from suspended colloid substances, and hardness ions. Proposed device can be used for precleaning of water at thermoelectric plants and boiler stations, water cleaning stations for industrial and drinking water supply. Device contains air separator, housing with thin-layer settling units in upper part, slime separator, system for tangential delivery of source water into lower part of housing, system to let out cleaned water and sediment, and slime circulation system. Air separator has horizontal chutes with toothed water drains, pan limited by toothed water drain and cone-divider. Slime circulation system includes to horizontal slotted tubes with variable-section slot and two ejecting devices with nozzles, diameter 150 mm, combined in lower part of housing with source water delivery pipes. Delivery of water and slime mixture into slime separator is provided through rectangular ports furnished with guide shields from inner side. Slime separator has thin-layer settling units and through holes for washing and inspection in upper part.

EFFECT: effective clarification of water adapter to conditions of materially changing water flow rate.
